History

Great Lengths South Africa was founded in 1995, and is headed by Ivy and Delia Wong. With over 30 years of combined hairdressing experience, Ivy and Delia acknowledged that hairdressers are the best qualified to offer clients the service, support and expertise to install Great Lengths hair extensions. Since then Great Lengths has trained thousands of hairdressers and hundreds of salons.

Today Great Lengths is considered to be the premier hair extensions system in South Africa. Great Lengths has developed a very strong partner salon network and has become an integral business component for hundreds of professional hairdressing salons countrywide.

In 2007 Great Lengths moved to larger premises in Randburg with sufficient space for the numerous hair extensions training courses offered to support the hairdressing industry.
